About Us

Corrigan School of English is a modern, online-first English school founded to provide rigorous, structured language education that can be applied effectively in international academic and professional contexts. It was created not simply as a lesson provider, but in response to a gap observed over time between formal language study and the ability to use English naturally, accurately and credibly.

Through international study and professional experience in English-speaking environments, a recurring pattern became clear: many people had studied English for years and developed strong theoretical knowledge, yet still struggled to communicate fluently and confidently in real situations. The difficulty was not knowing the rules, but turning that knowledge into automatic, usable competence.

Speaking a language involves more than knowing its grammar. It requires automaticity, processing speed, control of hesitation and the ability to manage communication under pressure. It means integrating linguistic accuracy with expressive confidence in a way that remains stable over time.

Academic training in psychology has helped shape an approach that treats learning as a complex process influenced by memory, attention, habits, anxiety management and the gradual consolidation of skills. The Corrigan Method therefore integrates linguistic and cognitive dimensions, working not only on content but also on the processes that support communication performance.

Our aim is to help students and professionals develop English more efficiently and consciously, taking account of factors often overlooked in traditional teaching: the quality of practice, targeted feedback, communication confidence and measurable progress. English becomes a credible, functional tool rather than a collection of disconnected rules.

Corrigan School is built on high standards, integrity and clear objectives. Every programme is personalised and methodically designed to turn knowledge into genuine, lasting competence. Today, the school operates through a selected team of qualified professionals focused on quality, rigour and sustainable results.
