The cost reflects the programme, not only the lesson time.
Each pathway is defined around the learner’s goals, current level, frequency, duration and type of support required. This allows us to recommend a format that fits the objective rather than applying one fixed formula to everyone.

Payment & booking
Everything is agreed before the programme starts.
Payment arrangements are communicated clearly before confirmation. Depending on the service, payment may be required in advance for the agreed programme, package or workshop. Corporate and more structured programmes may follow separately agreed commercial terms.
Cancellations
A clear policy for both sides.
Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can normally be rescheduled subject to availability. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed in advance.
